Installation

We work through horizontal installation against a structure made of steel or concrete columns with regard to the installation of infill panels. They are installed using a clearance on the foundations (spuds) or on the extension of the sole plate of the steel columns. The most efficient method is installing using poured anchor rails with which the unit can be clamped on to the steel column using the supplier inserted tongue and Z-plate.

The Z-plate is, for example replaced by an HKZ-plate with regard to concrete columns that is secured to the column (or column support) using an expander bolt or inserted tongue and anchor rail. The vertical seams must be finished watertightly by using elastic concrete sealant (+ back filling).
